As a first-generation college graduate, Kris has been fortunate to overcome the barriers to entering and navigating the corporate world. Raised by strong Latina women who inspired him with their relentless drive, Kris is deeply committed to creating opportunities for others from similar backgrounds. Currently, Kris works as a marketer at Google, where he continues to learn and grow. He joined Bloom as a project manager because their mission to change the path to opportunities aligns closely with Kris’ own goal of helping others, especially women, secure the positions they have always deserved
