Our Story
Bloom was founded in 2018 by a group of Latina professionals who recognized the unique challenges faced by Latina university students pursuing careers in various fields.
Having experienced firsthand the impact of mentorship in their own careers, they set out to create a community that would provide guidance, support, and opportunities for the next generation of Latina leaders.
What began as a small initiative connecting 20 students with mentors has grown into a nationwide network of over 500 mentorship pairs, workshops, networking events, and resources dedicated to empowering Latina students.
